Comprised of dedicated volunteers with diverse professional backgrounds, many of whom are involved as parents to athletes on the Team or participate in the team themselves as part of the Masters racing program, the Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in steering the Foundation's trajectory over the next five years. Responsible for overseeing programming, financial stability, and community engagement, these individuals bring their expertise to ensure solvency and profitability while fostering senior staff development. Crafting a fundraising strategy aligned with the 5-year plan, the board aims to bolster enduring viability and expand the Foundation's local impact in Incline Village. With a focus on strategic planning, financial oversight, and community engagement, the board is instrumental in driving sustained growth and positive influence.
