Nate Offenberg

Board Member

Originally from Arizona, Nate relocated as a teenager to California and immediately fell in love with Lake Tahoe and winter sports.  After many years of splitting time between Oakland and South Lake Tahoe, Nate and his wife, Monica, decided to make Incline Village their permanent home in 2020 with their two sons, Eli (6) and Kit (2).

Nate is passionate about the outdoors and is excited to share his skills and energy shaping the future of DPSEF.  He is highly involved in the Incline Village community and spends his free time enjoying Lake Tahoe with his family and participating in any one of his various outdoor adventure hobbies – including skiing, backcountry travel, mountain biking, road cycling and open water swimming.

Professionally, Nate’s background is in international business with a focus on finance and strategy.  He was educated at UC Berkeley.  Ater university, Nate enjoyed a successful career designing gear for various companies in the outdoor and adventure sports industry.  In 2012, Nate pivoted his career to the food industry where he successfully built his company, Pacific Farms.  He now works in mergers and acquisitions for various companies as well as serves on the board of directors for Pacific Farms and several other for-profit and non-profit organizations.
