Ted Chrissinger, a Reno native, ignited his skiing journey at Diamond Peak (then "Ski Incline") at the young age of 3. A seasoned ski racer, Ted's early years included participation in the Silver State Ski Team at Slide Mountain and later the Squaw Valley Ski Team during middle and high school. His ski prowess continued as a key member of the Reno High Ski Team, clinching team and individual state championships. Transitioning to law, Ted attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and returned to Reno in 2005 to practice law. His deep connection with Diamond Peak Ski Team grew as he became a board member, drawn by the dedication of coaches, volunteers, and parents. Ted, along with his wife Naomi, is a proud parent of two Diamond Peak Ski Team athletes, Anika (U12) and Julia (U10). Beyond his board role, Ted actively participates in the DPST Masters team, showcasing his commitment to the program's personalized coaching and family-oriented atmosphere.
